Adebayo Oyewole is the Chief Ethics Officer for USAA and based in Dallas, Texas. He has oversight for the Ethics Office including the Conflict of Interest, Code of Business Ethics, Whistleblower and Board reporting programs. Previously, he was the Senior Director & Chief of Staff, Global Compliance for the Danaher Corporation based in Washington, DC where he had oversight for the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) program as well as the running of the Enterprise Compliance Program Management Office (PMO). Prior to joining Danaher, Bayo was managing director of ThinkSmart Global, a strategy and operations management consultancy based in Lagos, Nigeria. He also served stints as the COO for Timbuktu Media in Lagos, Nigeria as well as senior level positions with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, PepsiCo and EY. He has also worked as a consultant with the UNDP and UNECA and as the Acting ICT Officer for the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA) in Dakar, Senegal. Bayo holds a BS in accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria and an MBA from Clark Atlanta University. Audrey Gadzekpo

Audrey Gadzekpo, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at the Department of Communication Studies, and Dean of the School of Information and Communication Studies, University of Ghana. She has more than 25 years of experience in teaching, research and advocacy on media, gender and governance, and close to 30 years practical experience as a media practitioner. She obtained a doctorate degree in African Studies at the University of Birmingham, U.K., a Master of Arts in Communications from Brigham Young University, Utah, USA and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Ghana.

Her research interests and publications reflect the nexus between media and gender; media, politics and democratic governance; media and developmental imperatives and media and conflict.

She teaches courses in Print Journalism, Media, Culture and Society, Gender and Communication, Policy Communication, Communicating Climate, Qualitative Research Methods, Media Ethics and History of Media in Africa.

Benjamin Dabrah

Ben has over twenty years of experience in consulting, business transformation, integration and merger management, banking, and risk management, and he currently leads the firm’s value creation efforts.
Prior to ACA, Ben was a Senior Vice President at McKinsey Transformation, based in their London office. In that role, Ben partnered with CEOs and management teams to initiate and drive organisation-wide transformations. Previously, Ben had been the MD/CEO of Atlas Mara Bank in Zambia, where he led the post-merger integration of two medium sized banks. Ben also served as the Regional Chief Risk Officer for Africa at Standard Chartered Bank and the MD/CEO of Barclays Bank in Ghana earlier in his career.

Ben’s academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Public Policy Economics from the University of Hull, UK; a B.Sc. in Land Economy from the University of Science & Technology, Ghana and a B.Sc. in Financial Services from the University of Manchester, UK.

Bice Kuffour (Obour)

Bice Osei Kuffour popular called Obour is the founder and President of the Christiana Addo Memorial Foundation, an NGO which promotes education, sanitation, personal hygiene and youth empowerment in Ghana. He is the immediate past president and current patron of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), and currently serves on the board of the the National Commission on Culture, National Folklore Board and the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO). In addition to his work with MUSIGA, he has also been actively involved in the work of GHAMRO where he has been a board member since 2012. He serves on the National Commission on Culture Board, the National Folklore Board and also a member of the Advisory board for the School of Performing Arts.

He is a strong advocate for Road Safety and Peace and have launched very successful educational campaigns at the national level.  In 2008 he was awarded by the President of the Republic of Ghana H.E J.A Kufuor with a State Grand Medal for his contributions. He is the founder and executive producer of the Musiga Presidential Grand Ball one of the biggest top level events in Ghana. 

His efforts in establishing the link between music and tourism resulted in establishing the Ghana Music Week (GMW) in 2013. Bice Osei Kuffour is also a member of international music industry organizations like the Federation of International Musicians (FIM) of which he is an executive member,  an international trainer and facilitator for the organization.

He contested the 2020 parliamentary elections to represent the Asante Akyem South Constituency in Ghana’s 8th parliament but lost by a slim margin. He later founded the Aspirants Unite for Victory Movement of the New Patriotic Party which he acts as Convener. He is currently the Ambassador for the Green Ghana project to plant 5 Million trees nationwide.

Dr. Ansah is the founding partner and CEO of Axis Human Capital Ltd. She serves as the key Corporate Trainer for Axis clients, and uses Axis as a platform to provide mentoring, career and life coaching to students and working professionals as well as retirees. Esi is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner who uses the Insights Discovery (personality profile) system in performance, and leadership coaching.

Esi believes that life is all about self-discovery and scalable transformation, and she facilitates this journey for people both in, and outside the classroom. Ishiyaku Mohammed is the Special Adviser, Budget Planning & Development Partners Coordination Office. He coordinates the preparation, review and implementation of an inclusive medium and long-term Gombe State Development Plan. He also promotes and coordinates domestic and international donor support to the State.

Formerly, he was the Senior Technical Adviser to Minister of Environment. He assisted in the introduction of a virtual poverty fund dedicating some $750 million annually to pro-poor investments, and assisted in the design of a groundbreaking monitoring and evaluation framework. A veterinarian by profession, he has helped guide agricultural research and planning in Nigeria for over a decade.

Sammens is a reputable business executive with decades of experience in business development and marketing management practice.
He has been involved in the setting up of market-leading media organisations in Ghana since 1995; such as Multimedia (owners and operators of Joy 99.7 FM) and Omni Media Limited (Owners of Citi 97.3 FM, which is the biggest English language format radio station in Ghana, and Citi TV).

He started his career as an I.T. Systems Officer with the then ICL Computers and Digitronix Systems, combining systems work with Sales and Marketing. He then veered into Media, first as a passion and eventually building a career out of it. He became the Director of Programmes for Multimedia Broadcasting Ltd, helping with the setup of Luv FM and Adom FM.

Under his result-oriented leadership, Citi FM produced Ghana’s 2018 Journalist of the Year and has won numerous awards from the Ghana Journalist Association (GJA) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana (CIMG).
Attah-Mensah also worked as a Market Development Manager for Coca-Cola West Africa in Liberia and Sierra Leone where he was involved in rebuilding Coca-Cola’s presence in these countries after the civil wars.
With his wealth of experience in marketing operations, Samuel also serves as Director of Dannex Pharmaceuticals Limited in Ghana. Further, with a background as a lecturer in some universities in Ghana, he is a regular conference and seminar speaker. Attah-Mensah is a fellow of the Aspen Institute as well as the African Leadership Initiative.

Olatoyosi Kolawole

Toyosi Kolawole is the Chief Executive Officer of Audeo Energy Ltd, a company that trades in petroleum products and offers haulage and consulting services within the Oil and Gas Industry. Prior to starting Audeo, she was Co-Founder/ Principal Consultant of Integrated Business Strategies, a management consulting firm based in Lagos, where she worked with entrepreneurs and investors providing new venture development and financial advisory services, and with established organizations offering strategy and operations consulting services. Toyosi was also an Executive Director within the MRS Group, one of the largest Oil and Gas trading companies in Nigeria. She has worked as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney in the U.S., and at Guaranty Trust Bank.

Chigozie Udemezue

Chigọzie Udemezue is an Attorney, Niche Coach, Social entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Human rights advocate, Writer and Public speaker.  She was born on 3rd May, 1971 in Enugu, Enugu State, Nigeria. 

She has a bachelors degree in law from Enugu State University of Science and Technology obtained in 1999 and  also holds a Master of laws degree in Human Rights Law from University of London, obtained in December, 2015. 

Prior to the above in 2003, she obtained a Certificate in International human rights from the International Institute for Human Rights, Strasbourg, France. 

In May 2008, she co-founded Healing Hearts Widows Support Foundation Inc. (HHWSF) with her late husband, Chief Emeka Udemezue where she leads a team of dedicated volunteers and staff to provide financial support, inspiration, mentoring, and hope to widows and their children. The foundation has been funded at different times by the Public Affairs Section of the United States Consulate; Mama Cash, Netherlands and Virginia Gildersleeve International Funds New York among other local, individual fundings. With funds from the three organizations at different times, the organization simplified the Enugu and Anambra States widowhood laws and printed copies in Igbo language, pidgin English and simple layman’s English. These were distributed in the five eastern states in Nigeria. 

She currently sits on the board of two international non-profits based in Chicago, Illinois and Kampala, Uganda. Her work has received national and global recognitions. She sits on the administrative board of Hope Restoration ministry based in New York as a volunteer administrator.

Ifeoma Fafunwa

Ifeoma Fafunwa has over 20 years of professional experience in both the US and Nigeria, designing and directing artistic projects in theatre arts, architecture and advertising. She is the founder and creative director of iOpenEye; a performance art production company in Nigeria that challenges the status quo when it limits the potential of women, individuals and progress of the collective African society.

She graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1987, and Dorsey Studios for the Performing Arts. In 1996, Ifeoma moved to Los Angeles and in 2001, she was nominated for, “Best Solo Performer/Writer” in the Los Angeles area by the LA Weekly. In Nigeria, her directing work includes Sefi Atta’s ‘The Engagement’, ‘Bigger & Better’ and ‘Not My Affair’ and in 2007 she directed ‘sell-out’ performances of “The Vagina Monologues” at the MUSON Center – Lagos.

She was selected to direct ‘the Naming Ceremony’ for the 2012 Cultural Olympiad in London. Her recent work includes the play ‘Diagnosis’ for British Council’s Lagos Theatre Festival. Ifeoma is a Fellow of the third class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. For the past 2 years, she has run pro-bono women’s writing and acting for stage workshops.
