The ALIWA Youth Leadership Program is an intensive capacity building program targeted at youths in Nigeria and Ghana between the ages of 21 to 35 years. The participants are selected from the private, public, civil society and non-governmental organization (NGO) sectors. The program aims to change the narrative of failed leadership and raise the critical consciousness of the youth, one individual at a time. By building their leadership capabilities and further enhancing their understanding of what constitutes a good society as well as what their civic responsibilities are, the program aims to develop the societal impact and capabilities of our youth
